Mills & Barile have been performing together as a duo since 2021, often inviting some of Northern Ohio’s most talented musicians to join them on stage. John Barile is a versatile multi-instrumentalist, performing on guitar, mandolin, ukulele, vocals, and more, and is a full-time professional musician who plays 5–12 shows a week with various acoustic duos, trios, and bands throughout the region. Dan Mills is a seasoned singer-songwriter from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, who began his career as a solo artist in the mid-1990s before forming the original roots-rock band Robbing Mary in 2004 with Steve Keefe and Jennifer Vilimonovic, releasing four full-length albums now available on all major digital platforms. In recent years, Mills has expanded his musical path, embracing classic and contemporary songs alike in intimate duo and trio performances with standout musicians from across Ohio.
